Flat roofs take more punishment than any other part of a house. Water sits on them, the sun bakes them and the deck underneath rots quietly once the covering has failed. By the time a flat roof leaks indoors, the boards are often soft.

We replace flat roofs on garages, extensions, dormers and lean-tos. The old covering comes off, the deck is checked and renewed where it needs it, and the new roof goes on in felt or GRP fibreglass, finished neatly at the edges and upstands so water runs off instead of finding its way in.
